When will my care experience arrive?

Season of Care is available for pre-sale September 8–October 23, with care experiences expected to arrive on doorsteps in mid-November. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Why is Season of Care a pre-sale?

Pre-sale allows us to prepare each care experience intentionally in small batches based on the people we're caring for this season. It also helps us reduce waste and purchase with purpose while giving every order the attention it deserves.

Can I send the care experience directly to someone?

Yes. You can have your care experience sent directly to the person you're caring for or shipped to you to give in person.

Can I include a personal message?

Absolutely. You'll have the opportunity to add a Care Note so the person receiving it knows who is thinking of them and why.

Will the products be exactly as described?

Each Season of Care experience is curated around a specific kind of care and will include the products featured when you order.

Can I order for a group or organization?

Yes. Season of Care is available for teams, clients, caregivers, residents, communities and other groups. You can choose one care experience or a mix based on the people you're caring for, with options available for larger orders and fulfillment.
