Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of personal care products, items that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, even after use, we may offer you store credit on a case-by-case basis to ensure you are taken care of. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will work quickly to make things right.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds and Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If your return cannot be approved for a refund due to product use but you’re unsatisfied, we may issue store credit instead.
